These terms apply when you use this website or purchase coaching or other services directly from Listen Play Grow.

About Listen Play Grow

Listen Play Grow provides online musicality coaching, resources and related services.

Specific details of any coaching programme, including its duration, format, price and what is included, will be explained before you purchase.

Coaching

Coaching is a collaborative process. I will provide guidance, feedback, resources and support as described for the service you purchase.

Musical development depends on many factors, including your goals, participation and the time you spend engaging with the work. For that reason, I cannot guarantee a particular musical result.

Payment

Prices and payment arrangements will be made clear before you agree to purchase.

Where payment by instalments is offered, those instalments form part of the agreed total price rather than a pay-as-you-go arrangement, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Cancellations and refunds

Your cancellation and refund rights will be explained before purchase and will comply with applicable UK consumer law.

If you need to cancel or rearrange an individual coaching meeting, please give as much notice as reasonably possible.

Specific arrangements concerning missed or rearranged sessions will be explained as part of the coaching programme you purchase.

Online services

Coaching is normally delivered online using third-party services such as video calling, messaging or other online platforms.

Occasionally, technical problems or circumstances outside either party’s reasonable control may interrupt a session. Where appropriate, we will arrange a reasonable alternative.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the written, video, audio and other materials provided by Listen Play Grow are for your personal use.

They may not be reproduced, sold, published or distributed without permission.

Website information

I aim to keep information on this website accurate and useful, but musical and educational information is provided for general guidance and should not be treated as a guarantee of a particular result.

Changes

These terms may be updated as Listen Play Grow and its services develop. The terms applying to a particular purchase will be those provided or made available when that purchase is agreed.
