Who am I?
I’m Andy. I’ve spent more than 30 years in music education, including 15 years as a visiting tutor at Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, alongside working as a professional musician.
For the past few years I’ve coached musicians online, helping them work towards their own musical goals, rely less on the page, develop their ears and become more confident, independent musicians.
And playing by ear came relatively late to me. That experience is a big part of why Listen Play Grow exists.
